Hanging out in Shanghai Huangpu

A bit jet-lagged, I take it easy in Shanghai my second day. I meet up with Pete for lunch and we head to Nanjing Street.

Pete treats me to a nice meal at a place we find in a mall.

Peking Duck mealWe also had dumplings, Beijing-style duck, and some sort of scrambled egg mix. A very good meal.

We look for something to eat and find a nice western bar and grill near the Bund. I grab a burger. Pete magically devours a whole pizza. I was impressed.

Back to the Bund

I was tired and called it a night after the meal, but after an hour or two of napping, was restless… so I went back out to grab some night shots.

Shanghai has changed a lot in 6 years. The biggest difference:
Back in 2011, everyone was at the Bund taking photos of the skyline. In 2017, everyone is at the Bund taking photos of themselves.
