Pandas and Jinli Street
Day One Plan
Head to the Panda Base and walk around take photos. The weather is very hot and humid and certainly pandas will be just hanging in the shade, but it’s a very nice park and near the hotel. After that, food and shopping in Chengdu’s Jinli Ancient Street.

Not that great of a day for Pandas. The weather is hot a muggy and in this kind of weather, they don’t really want to move much.

Chengdu was the capitol of China during the “Three Kingdoms” period of China’s History. Depictions of the Heroes of Three Kingdoms are everywhere.
